Cause Here Is My Father

'Cause Here is my Father
You said you had to go away
My fear of you not coming back
Then i remember the day.
I thought everything was turning black

I lift my head with the sound of your voice
(as a tear rolls down my face)
I knew you had to do it by method of choice
That sense of loneliness has drifted away
Away from my dark deepened soul
And our bond has taken its toll

The hopeless longing of the day has disappeared
I am no longer feared
'Cause here is my father forever
And i knew he'll never leave me for whatever
