Caught In the Moment

Caught up in the moment,
not a care in sight,as you
wrap your arms around me,
and hold me, oh so tight.

Caught up in the moment,
as we look into each others eyes,
remember the day we said our
wedding vows.

For better or for worse,
for rich ,or for poor,in
sickness,or good health,
is where we made our start.

Caught up in the moment,
and nothing here has changed,
I love you just as much now,
as I did on our wedding day.

And that is where you should stay right there. So many say I do and when it's all over, they don't..Great write. Continue to share.

Oh, Marie, it is so good to know love like yours survives the years! Thanks for restoring my faith. Carolyn

Ain't love grand, it never goes out of style or season, and as we grow so does our love. Beautiful words to live by, Blessings my friend, Ron

The first verse had rhyme and the others did not, but that did not take away from the meaning and appreciation of this poem. It's still a lovely read with a deep sentiment. Michael
