Cat and Mouse

There's
a mouse
in my house
and my cat wants
to play. He stalks it
like a lion stalks its
prey. And when the time is right
he pounces on the sneaky pest,
and the game of cat and mouse is in
full sway. I wonder who will win this fray?

the cat should win by law of nature!! But of course, that mouse could escape and then that would be a loss for the cat. I always enjoy reading etheree. Aren't they fun, Kim?
