Cast your cares on Him

When you've been hurt by someone
And you're feeling rage and sadness
Imagine a fire inside you
That can burn away the madness
For keeping all that darkness inside
Will eat away at so much light
Don't let it cloud your mind
Don't let it take space in your life
Try to let go and let God
Free yourself and feel His protection
His guidance and His mercy
Will help your soul find its perfection
And although perfection isn't expected
With God and His Angels it is possible
For we are made from His purest image
And we are a blessing to the Universe
So cast your cares on Him
Let your hurt and rage be cleansed
Let love and light help your grief
Let your heart and soul feel magnificent
And you will find in time
That you are enlightened beyond this world
God and His Angels guide and bless us
Helping us find our way back home
