Casserole Surprise

When we were first married we had casserole surprise on Fridays.
This was the day I combined all the left overs.
Sometimes it was tasty.
Other times not so great.
I figured if you added egg and made it into a loaf, it would be okay.
I figured wrong.

I always hated it when Deb told me we were having a "new" dish, which I always knew was a concoction made out of leftovers. I hate leftovers. They tend to mold in my frig. Ugh! Sara Kendrick Date: 1/18/2022 9:13:00 AM I read a story one time where a woman put all her leftovers in a big pot in the refrigerator each day and when she ran out of food, she would add a can of tomatoes, and warm up the pot for that evening's meal. We learn as we go along and find out what works in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Thanks for the visit to my page.
