Cassandra's Fairytale

Once upon a time there was a princess named Cassandra who was an only child What she missed most with all her heart was a brother or a sister to play with so she would never be lonely Princess Cassandra lived in a crystal castle high on a mountain surrounded by a big forest Every day she would go out for a walk she would meet elves and faeries and friendly birds and animals She knew everyone of them by name and talked to them for hours it was always the highlight of her day On one lovely day when the sun was shining especially radiant and there was a big bright rainbow in the sky there were millions of colorful butterflies birds flying high in formation ducks lined up parading on the lake fish jumping in hoops and loops chipmunks darting all about Every creature was out even itty bitty snails All the elves and faeries were dancing in the meadow And when they saw Cassandra approach everyone shouted in harmony : SURPRISE!! This is a birthday party for you We don’t want you to ever again be lonely We are all your family Because we love you!
