Carnival of Broken Dreams

Same old faces, Same old town. I never got out I'm still hanging around. Sometimes I feel like I'm coming in last. Sometimes I feel like I'm living in the past. People change as the years go by. Growing older so have I. And I can't explain why some people die before their time is through. It's a carnival of broken dreams. It's the broken parts no one wants to see. Still this world is the right to dream. With no one turning out to be what they want to be. Life bruises, Dreams get tossed . Because the child inside just gets lost. In my dreams I'm a blazing star, a constellation to be seen from afar.
