Caring Fervour
In our life-building engagement…
may genuine love prevail, upholding our commitment.
For this evaluative retrospection endeavour
may we respond with sincerity to show our caring* fervour.
Within our partnership, may lonely hearts find their home
feeling the warmth from our sweet grace-dome.
May we cherish special children as precious
needing compassion’s kindness bountifully gracious.
May we help rescue battered kids from relationship anomalies
by heeding to their yearning for foster families.
Cognizant of the abandoned, orphaned, neglected
may strive to reach out so they can be protected.
May we welcome street urchins, along hands extending
and greet heartily distressed gals, devoid of pretending.
May we try to secure the victim of abuse with peace-bliss
assisting them overcome traumas they should miss.
May we serve as concerned guiding light
to brighten persons with disabilities toward progress-delight?
May our ministry make the senior citizens jubilant
while we encourage them to stay joyously vigilant.
May we offer to the aged succouring haven
as they await the blessings of eternal heaven.
Being volunteers sharing values and virtues of godly believers
may we influence with gladness our fellow care-givers.
May we pray for each other’s good health and grand future
having faith in God, serving by His mercy’s gesture.
Trusting the Source and Author of care’s essence
may we fulfill our part, contributing our utmost with Christ’s presence.
