Captivated By Their Brilliance
When do we delight ourselves
in the scents and colors of the landscapes?
It's in springtime when joy is all around,
and we live each moment
without worry or rush.
Try to catch in your open palms
the petals tossed by the tepid wind,
wave at the passing butterflies;
never get tired of looking upward...
waiting to touch the lowest cloud.
It's here where all dreams start
and suddenly end as dusk
fades and brings in dazzling stars,
then the enamored soul
is captivated by their brilliance.
Entered in Broken Wings' contest,
It's All about Four
