Cant Tell
I write lines and visionary rhymes like
I ain’t got nothing to do with the world
I figure myself a woman but they still view me as a girl
I got so much to say so much to get off my mind
Dont play wit’ fools that try to capture my spine
I give it all as if I’m not gonna make it another 24
7 days a week I put it down on this sheet
Give me your complete attention
Needless to mention 365 days a year I stare into a time glass
Switching from future to past in a flask I store my emotions
My fears are in a bottle floating across the ocean
Yeah I live here on Earth but this is not my home
‘cause see my father has prepared a place for me
in his house of many mansions
I’m just here to do my time and repent my sins
Gotta have but can’t stand “Benjamins”
I’m coming through again Egypt with her paper and pen
Makin’ men imagine and women even grinnin’
But they can’t get vexed cause I bring nothing less than the best
