Can'T Go Back

Can't go back

I remember waiting to see you at the club.
We were only 21. We would dance the last
dance of the night.
I remember at a birthday party my friends
had for me, you ask me if you could kiss
me. I laughed and said to my friends watch
He is going to be the guy I merry someday.
I remember going sking and you ask me to
merry you.
I remember our first home and first pet.
I remember our first anniversary. You said
it wasn't important it was just the first year.
I remember having our first baby. My water
broke, and you just sat in your chair and took
time.
The second baby you hardly came to the hospital
to see us.
Years have gone bye and I can remember
All the times I hoped you would change.
I remember you telling me to get a job and did.
I remember you sending pix of house chores
I haven't had time for to me at work asking why
I haven't done it yet.
I remember always saying I'm sorry.
I Remember the day I told you to leave.
I remember my heart having so much pain.
I remember you saying your (SORRY)
In the end I Can't remember and I
CAN'T GO BACK
