Hello Sara, Your Senryu is one hot dish. I may need a yogurt chaser as a follow up to hot pepper tasting. The last line is spot on. Survival is essential. Be well. Brian

Brian, the peppers from the garden this year were super hot for some reason. My husband said he ordered plain banana pepper which we both like a pod with vegetables in the summer but this year they are unedible so I made pepper sauce. We'll see if it can be eaten on turnips, cabbage or collards with some cornbread. LOL..Thanks for the visit. Sara

Kim, I guess it depends on if you like hot pepper or not. Your visit has livened up my page. Sara

Thank you, Joanna. I am not sure about them because they are very hot. I made some cayenne with plain vinegar because we like that on turnips steamed cabbage, and collards during the winter months. Your visit was delightful. Sara

Thank you, Andrea. Poetic license on mixing Haiku and Senryu. I did not know if I was going to survive the vinegar, spices and the pepper scent. Sara

Well, I only got the hot banana peppers done today. I was too exhausted after that to do the cayenne. Thanks for dropping by. I don't think we will be able to eat them because they are too hot. Your visits are always uplifting. Sara
