Cancer
Perdition's registry of effort's track,
this viscous cycle, memory causing lack
malignancy, a timeless, soulful wrack!
I pace the effort, then abstract
a set of rules, or understanding's feign
usurping dignity, a cure does not proclaim!
And magnitude of sentry, lines disdain
that negative approach is but insane,
survivor's list, miraculous acclaim!
Oh, help me God to witness my remain
as utilizing miracles not in vain,
while witness to discovery, pray the same!
A "calling", that reward that Angels seek
is more the humankind of purposed, soulful reek
I ask the countenance of trial, not go berserk!
While cauterizing failure . . . not the work!
