Cancer
Cancer come looking not afraid
Will take control
Cancer seeks out no one but infects everyone
Cancer sneaks like a prowler at night
Don't care about you or your feelings
Cancer hunts you down like a victim you fall
Cancer could care less where your from or who it is about to take you from
Cancer hides in the dark but is as plain as light
Cancer is strange and is aggressive as sin
Cancer feeds on the young destroys the old
Laughs in your face each time it multiplies itself
Like a cockroach chases you from your home
Long nights alone in hospital beds
Reads you stories of missed dreams
Tucks you in restraining all your freedom
Cancer beats the hell out of you every minute of every day
As it fights the radiation makes you fragile and unrecognizable
Only a blessing of death can defeats its war
But it wages on taking all it can and all it will
Cancer is pain and we so need the cure.
Rest assured as you Cancer does not rest we will eventually take control of you.
