Can You See What's Beyond My Eyes?
So many emotions
and no where to go
A sister
who is disappearing
and leaving me
crushed and broken
without a care
A father
who brings
anger and tension
to a distraught home
and its without an end
A friend
with a growing bond
giving us another outlet
and reconfirming our thoughts
we can't let this one go by
A boy
who makes me wonder
and hope with all my heart
I'll just give it time
and another visit
I'm just waiting
for these waves to subside
