Can you see what I see
dancing in the rain
can you feel what I feel
as the riptide carries me downstream
no tomorrow's
no today's
past memories fade away
clouds of shame
showers of rain
ribbons around my neck
medals worn in vain
life's simple now
with no more pain
can you see what I see
as I dance in the rain
