Can You Bring On the Rain
Can you please bring on the rain
So I can dance once again?
I need to see your face
To feel your holy grace...
I want your love
So just like a dove
My wings and I
Can fly higher
Than they ever have;
And I shall soar
Into the sky once more!
Can you say a prayer
For me? Just pray to God,
He’ll listen to thee;
Ask Him to guide me
And find some peace
Within my broken heart
And rid it of my sorrow
To make way
For a better tomorrow…
Just one better than today!
