Can Spirits Connect

Surely not if the eyes only see others like themselves, surely not if the ears only listen to others like themselves, surely not if the powerful take it as a mandate to trample with relish, the spirits of those around them. Then how? There is a bond of peace that can be reached when all people look past the color of the skin, the money in the bank, the pedigree, and rank society gives, the prejudices instilled by the families of the young. The bond of peace should be easy to attain but like all things easier said then done. Just look into the eyes of each other, and see beyond the surface. Recognize there are gifts to be discovered and exchanged. Once you can do that coming together will be a beginning. The in place barriers around your heart will fall away, spirits can connect that very day.
