Are dogs our long lost missing link Basically can they talk and possibly think At times they shock me Surely they can talk with me Pretty sure they have us all hoodwinked

yup, someone once told me not to correct the dog when I came home and found the pillow stuffing all over the room claiming that dogs have no memory and cannot feel guilty. Then why, I asked, does he slink into the corner and look sooooo guilty when I open the door?

Well, Jack, I'm convinced that dogs can think...probably on a most elementary level, and they certainly do talk to us through their barks. And, just possibly, they do have us hoodwinked! (chucking) You dog, you!

YES Jack, the missing link has been there with its tale wagging all this time. It took YOU to recognize it. Of course they talk and think. Man's best friend could hardly be a dim witted mass of fur! In fact the more I see of dogs, the less like of humans . Dogs are superior in every way, just like your poem. Best wishes Jack.
