Don't be fooled by calories listed on products I'm certain they twist the truth a bit for profit The lower the calories listed And the truth is twisted Bottom line is more moolah in their pockets

oh so true Jack and the labeling of foods like 'low fat' or only 10% fat are also seriously misleading too!:-( hugs jan xx

That is sooooo correct there my friend, the are only interested in the profits that the make from the advertisements of low calories in their products! And your poem exemplifies this perfectly! I surely enjoyed this delightful piece, and was amazed by your skillful art this morning! What a brilliant piece, Great Work!!
