Calm the Blues and Make My Muse Happy

I’m dealing with sweaty palms
The crazy storm inside me calms
Down…down…down…

I’m happy in my own little shoes
Allow me to not sing the blues
Up in this Havasu town…

I’m battling this war of peace within me graciously
I’m dealing with flattering tongues times infinity
I have to block it all out and have hope no doubt
I’m trying to walk God’s narrow route…narrow route…

The future is an amazing place to be unconditionally
The past needs to be in yesterday’s pile honestly
God, I need You to make me happy and glad again
Lord, I need You to make me less snappy times ten

I’m happy in my own little shoes
Happiness and joy is what I choose
Up in this Havasu town…in this Havasu town…

I’m dealing with sweaty palms
The crazy storm inside me calms
Me down with an upside down frown!
