Calm Down Do Not Speak
As my feelings jump to fight mode I put myself strictly
And immediately on well-aware status. Warning! Warning! Warning!
Calm down. Do not speak. Do not pick up your pen!
Warning! Warning! Warning!
You have hurt people before, and you know how it goes.
Once hurt, the relationship is never completely the same.
They must already be hurting to have said that to you in the first place.
There is all kinds of sad going on here.
Don’t add to it! Warning! Warning! Warning!
DO NOT HIT ANYONE!
Dwamm, I wish I was a chameleon right now.
I am so red, I could just melt into that red wall, and no one would see.
I smile and walk away, without a word, without sticking out my tongue,
Without hitting her.
Knowing I am going straight to a quiet place to write this down,
So I can get rid of the pain.
