Call Romance

The bitterness that leaves my lips
words of anger and haste
regrets upon spoken
I foolishly to proud to admit
Pain you do not deserve
yet I won't relent
Now that you've gone
I cannot be wrong
Was it ever for us meant
Passion burns both ways
jealousy is a curse
I know I only love you
but foolish pride makes it worse
A beautiful woman will get glances
A beautiful woman will get her chance
I never deserved you
so easy to lose you
in this game they call romance
