He was here just yesterday walking on 
Gilroy, California's fresh, green grass.

Now, Stephen Romero, only six, sings 
in an eternal, angelic, glorious Mass!

Yes he was 6 and shot to death at a festival in Gilroy Ca. I had forgotten all about the sad story till I read the poem and looked it up online.. Pangie… 7/21/ 2024

Yes,and now going after Police in Philly? These sick minds need healing Dr Pinsky is right. Only a sick person in the head does this. There have been more mass shootings since this poem. Shootings, individual or in numbers remind us that killings can be done by any means. Knives, trucks..9/11. We forgot that one! Panagiota
