California Dawn

California Dawn The scent of crushed grapes, scents the air. Gone, the heatwave, like being crushed by an enormous bear. Today, the bluebirds are again on the wing. Over this emerald state, they joyfully sing. Newborn gratitude now overflows in my veins. For in my heart, the Lord always lives and reigns. An epiphany of joy doth make my spirit dance with wings. As the sun glistens on my cherished, gleaming, wedding ring! 9/10/2022 ~1~

Well said, Elena! I do like the Mediterranean climate here…I had decades in the Midwest. Retired from snow, sleet anf freezing temperatures. Glad you enjoyed! Love, Pangie xx

I like a bit of heat but there's a limit, I love the coolness of autumn. Love the scent of crushed grapes. Tom

Tom, Twas unbearable here.! Our governor turned down the power. There is a shortage of electricity here. Yet his fist down, that we all buy 75,000 USD cars, when we won’t be able to use them? How very intelligent,,,hardly. Like Boris and Obama, it was OK for them to party but not us! Malarkey, I say. Love you, God bless England! Pangie xx
