California Atmospheric River

Gushing river's flow,
Rain cascades upon the land,
California soaks.

Clouds converge above,
Nature's tears fall, drenching earth,
Life's thirst quenched anew.

Parched landscapes await,
Nature's deluge on its way,
Respite from the drought.

Atmosphere flows,
River of wind and danger,
Coastal erosion.

Waves reach for the sky,
Hazardous winds onshore howl,
Nature's violent dance.

West Coast braces now,
High waves persistently crash,
Erosion's cruel touch.

Dear Jeanine, Your California Atmospheric River haiku series is stunning! You've captured the multifaceted power of nature in such concise and evocative ways. Each haiku paints a vivid picture, from the gushing river and cascading rain to the parched landscapes waiting for relief. Your mastery of haiku form is awe-inspiring. You pack so much emotion and imagery into those short lines, leaving me wanting more. - Blessings, Daniel
