Cadence of Silence

In the twilight gleam the pensive eyes look within at the tranquil depth of the bottomless blue sea. Mind’s turmoil disappears in the dense quietude, waves of bliss roll gently on the soul’s silent shore. In the noise of the perpetual commotion in life, when voices of frenzy fades away into calmness, the shards of sentiments sink slow unexpressed in the unreachable depth of the silenced mind. When the outside cacophony finally subsides, the unheard echo becomes the sound of silence, resonating with the hymn of harmony to sing the unsung songs, voices rise from depth of silence. When the storm stops in the still hours of dawn, the new sunrise colors the dark horizon of heart, chromatic emotions tinge faded obscure feelings, then the cadence of silence becomes my poem.
