What madness is this?
Could you not resist~
Such a blow carried
Hard pressed on mine ears
As tapped without fist

I need not hear
Your words again
Give me time, now
To absorb them

'Tis not -- our
 first-- greeting
Such an end…

We’ve lost
One more

Friend…
