But For You
Am I just a photograph,
A momentary flash of
Laconic perception,
In that frame of mind
When nature reveals
Her greater purpose,
Captured by chance
In the sweet summer blue?
Or am I more, a creator,
Contributor and source
Of light, beyond the realm
Of senses, I wish I knew.
There are no answers,
No clues, no truth, but for you.
