Notes About The Poem
When the British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, bumbled his way through an international conference call on the global concern for climate change and managed to use the mildly derogatory phrase 'bunny huggers' to describe activists. Although I was ashamed at that moment to be British, I was heartened when I saw that Greta Thunberg had changed her Twitter profile to "Bunny Hugger". It was the perfect response. So here is my own self-categorising response, in the spirit of solidarity x
