The act of forgivness is hard when we are hurt..At times we just need to jot down the pain others caused us on a paper,let the anger out,and maybe then ask God if He can forgive them for us if we cannot..Jesus asked God to forgive the people crucifying him,so guess God can do something about our plea too... Forgivness is hard to act upon..but God would help us if we're willing to...My simple opinion.

Forgiveness is not an option. And it can be a terrifying, embarrassing, unnatural (after the Fall) state of being. And oftentimes we do not want to do it! To honor the Creator, we must try. :o(
