Buddy and Baily

Buddy the dog and Baily the cat were the best of friends, you'll see them cuddled up together when the daytime ends One day they went outside to play wandered off into the woods, they came across a babbling brook they'd cross it if they could Buddy heard a voice come from a tree and smiled at what he saw, the voice he heard was Spike the Squirrel saying," to cross the water use that log" Spike the Squirrel, came down the tree and asked them both their names, "I'm Buddy the dog,I'm Baily the cat "you're Spike the Squirrel you say" Spike the Squirrel showed them the way to get across the brook, they all went across the log a minute was all it took The hours seemed to speed away for the three new friends, Buddy the dog, and Baily the cat wished the day would not end They said goodbye to their friend Spike as they went on their way, Buddy the dog and Baily the cat would come back again some day!
