Bruised and Battered
Broken tonight
Bruised by what you said
Too hurt to sleep
Bleeding from the words you spoke
Trying to figure out
Do I really make you happy?
Do you really love me like I love you?
I just want to sleep the pain you inflicted away
To forget about you & your vipers tongue
Fighting again & again
Over the same wicked twisted sin
Listening to the rain fall
Wishing I could wash the pain done by you away...
