Brown Gurl
I am the suntan, even in the depth in the winter
I am the direct descendent of beautiful power and strength beyond belief
I am the child of Jehovah, Allah and the Almighty God
My flaws only predict my human-like nature
I spit coal when I coke like a puff of black magic smoke
I symbolize the passion of triumphs
The anxiety of success
And the destiny of eternal freedom
Can you imagine what goes through my head as I think?
I can’t even begin maintain it long enough to print it in ink
He’s not here and he’s not coming because he don’t understand
Why he should but he does
He does look after me.
I’m ready to step up to the plate like contender to mate
Make the word “O sh’t” come out ya face
I replaced ya mind frame with my words and my name
Like my man X said, “It is not a f’in game”
Personally I think most lyricist are “Lame” they just not the same
Get their scripts from liquor and smokin’ that Mary Jane
I take my words form wisdom, vision and audio tone
Make a script out of some things that I already knew
Captivate songstress, rapper, and some MC’s
But all you see is that I’m just Lady EGYPT
