Brotherhood

Friendship stems from the heart
Nurturing mutual admiration
Creating models of art
That inspire singular elation

Friendship is an every-day thing
Made distinct through a word
Or a prophecy or message
Conveying love in one way or another
Ensuring friends together age
And are there as a brother
Where s/he goes, go you
In pains and in troubles
In happiness wrought of tiny bubbles

Friends are shells
that weave a connection that gels -
As sturdy as the confection
Of adhesive - as strong
As that used by spiders
To spin webs
That capture outriders
