Brother from another mother

Had some rough years
With a bright smile I wear
Didn't want to shed a single tear
Didn't open up hid in the dark
While my heart was teared apart
Feeling like I was nothing on this earth
Was lost had so much built up hurt
Wanted to give up but met you
a light so bright shining across the skies
You were there when I was feeling like dirt
You were there when I tasted the light
A brother from another mother
Your the best drummer You promised you always be there
With a heart like your always there when I need more
I swear I'll always keep you near we are the best pair
Thank you for your smile and showing u care
I glad I know you'll always be there
