Broken Wings

Sensation of your words in their spoken place
Sincerity behind your "I will always be there".
An ear for everyone-you've no time to rest
Everyones burden you barely carry..but,
On Broken Wings

No time to heal from a past that's your present
Tho' you delight in the transition of others
Take an earnest look over the horizon
It's a new days dawning- Heal thyself
Of Broken Wings

As the eagle, stand and stretch thy wings
Shake off the things that prevent your very flight
Things that have moltened themselves to you.
Fly..fly..soar above all which you are acquainted
Higher than you have ever been before..Heal
Your Broken Wings.

An enchanting poem, Sherman. I am particularly impressed by the appropriate use of Broken Wings in the concluding line of each stanza of the poem. -Mohammad
