Broken Heart
One more time
Let’s try one more time
Somewhere in another space
Where waves swell with embrace
Earth whispers love me more
But ocean calls and waves leave
Lonely shores mourn and grieve
What is love? Can one say
I need shelter from the freeze
Left out cold in the storm
My body seeks the warmth of yours
My mind is numb and blue
Let our hearts try to resonate
Just one more time
Let’s embrace like the earth meets the waves
