Broken beyond repair

A broken system
Filled with chained wisdom
A system stuffed with broken people
Producing a service that’s feeble
An exhausted workforce
Many who required a passport
Understaffed at every corner
Many attempt to be a performer
Long hours made them rude
The career they pursued
The people deserve better than this
We can only reminisce
Bedside manner disappeared
They haven’t been volunteered
Nobody held accountable
No service is dependable
Too bothered about political correctness
Rather than patient awareness
Basic care is being missed
Like at patients we should be grateful to exist
Every month another strike
People dying no pay hike
The care for people has been lost
People suffer and that is the cost
Nothing is ever enough
It’s only the sick who become more rough
The right people matter
We get people who shatter
The NHS is a third world service
A public service meant to serve us
A complaints system that they don’t care about
People who care in a draught
Managers who don’t know how to manage
Power hungry and taking advantage
Every area on their knees
The entire population feeling the squeeze
People who don’t care can’t care
They leave people in despair
The system so slow seems intentional
The vulnerable need the professional
Not the negligent that is currently there
For all tax payers it’s unfair
There needs to be urgent reform
Without the need to perform
A genuine honest caring service
That isn’t a first class circus
