Broken

Our days are broken  
The nights drag on
How many have paid the price 
For your self serving song
You will not scare me 
I have nothing to lose 
Moving ahead
We will play by the rules 
I have learned from a master 
How to maneuver his charm 
Accountability will reign and decide the cost of harm
I did not want this 
I loved you dear
You became greedy without any fear
And now 
Our days are broken
And 
The nights drag on......................
