Bringbackourgirls - Get Involved
This ladies and gentlemen is not
a poem, however it is absolutely
imperative that you read on.
I had an idea today. My heart
goes out to the girls who have
been visciously torn away from
their families but I wanted to
play a more active role in
showing compassion, so today I
went ahead and opened a page
who's aim and purpose is to
make a small difference one
poem at a time.
I, as an individual have little
influence and even less
resources but I thought if one
person can write and read one
poem in support of the
#BringBackOurGirls initiative,
collectively we could really make
an impact.
I am approaching every single
poetry soup member, no matter
where you're from in hoping
that you would please spare 5
minutes to visit and like the
