Bring Me Home
BRING ME HOME
What I’d like to give you is an ounce of my cologne
But, I would much rather call you on the phone
I haven’t seen you for what seems like ages
I need to see your smiling faces
I need a hug and I need a kiss
My family I really miss
Bring me home to my family
Bring me home to where I want to be
Lockdown is keeping us all apart
Lockdown is tugging at my heart
They are there and I am here
Thinking of them sometimes brings a tear
Bring me home so we can laugh and chat
Bring me home to do this and that
We always have good times together
This is a hard situation to weather
So, bring me home as soon as you can
Make a reunion part of the plan.
