Brightness

The sun comes over the horizon and I am here Bringing eternal comfort and shedding fears Happiness and joy are spread around I warm up the cold, damp ground Bringing life and feed the masses I am so bright that you need glasses Lighting up cities with a pretty white glow Putting on a beautiful show I light up the sky with brilliant colors All within sight stare up in wonder It is late and I must go Back to the others that I know I'll be back again tomorrow And you again will forget all sorrow
