Brick By Brick
Brick by brick I create,
cementing in chance, the chance
that what is created is beautiful...
Is it the concrete that holds the beauty,
or does the structure it shapes
contain the gorgeousness?
Is it the page or the words
that hold the aesthetically pleasing?
I DO BELIEVE it is the solid body of the page
AND the make up of the words that combine,
align together...constructing composition,
becoming and then being art...being beauty...
since art and beauty are the same....
and art forms... and beauty comes out...
tempting chance to choose the fate
of this piece as existing...
enticing luck to alter the destiny of this
slab of rock....both page and words...
...they subsist...
