inhale the world's woes
that's where the love goes
June Bugs start to fly
clouds fall from the sky
light becomes the peace
cares shrink down and cease
moments in the breeze
try to touch the trees
rays burst from the sun
melt joys into one
white doves land nearby
angels know just why
breathe out deep held love
turn to gaze above

I'm gonna skip inhaling the world's woes for now. But I'll breathe in and breathe out deep held love every time. Nice poem Greg

This is superb Greg..as is your illustration. The first two lines are an excellent lead into your couplet and it flows from there. I read this at pace on my first read and then a second time more slowly. The latter lends itself very well to a guided fantasy script - as used as part of relaxation sessions for people with heightened anxiety. Cheers - Gary
