Breathe With Me

Each day becomes an afterthought for a while. Trying to remember those last days of us. When we were feasting on our time left. We would take turns closing our eyes to go to sleep. With you almost touching my toes. Tears that would invade too early. Watching you to see your breathing. And that would make me cry even more.
