1st Stanza (female solo):
Sleep naught, deep thought.
He’s late, I wait.
Me here, with fear.
He’s there, I bare.
Refrain (female trio):
Breathe deep, love keep

2nd Stanza (solo):
Walk floor, once more.
Where can he be?
No call, that’s all
Pick up the phone.
Make drink, just think.
Read book, just look.

Take pill, be still.
