Breathe

I am trapped.
By these four walls of my room,
By this skin and bone.

Locked away
And suffocated
By the pressure in my head.

Sounds seem distorted,
Like a fish
In a bowl.

The quiet of my thoughts
Turned away
By ringing and chaos.

My anxious heart longs for
The comfort of silence
And to simply, breathe.

Man That's Awesome Girl! Although, In Such A State I Think The Breathing Would Become As Seem Maddening Within Itself ? Believe Me I Do Remember....We Like The 'Prison Walls' Of Bone And Flesh That Beauty Brought To Clarity's Truth ? Hang In There Baby Girl And Keep Brushing Through It....Love, Jeremy *

Darla, I've been there! When your head is so stopped up just breathing is a chore. You express your struggle well. ....BH

Thank you! It's been a horrible allergy season so far. I was so stopped up that I was feeling claustrophobic.
