Breathe

Just hearing your breathe
Knowing you will hear me if I speak
Sitting in silence
But even that comes from your heart
And what is in your heart
Is pure as a mountain stream
Cascading over the rocks
After a January snow
The snow melts
The stream flows
The words flow
As I melt into you
Listening...to the sounds of you breathing

Oh, this is beautiful. Love the emotion, structure, metaphor of the breathing and the mountain steam. Great poem. Randy
