Breathe

show me
your
nirvana
in shades of blue
underwater
green
floating past us

touch me
with
sand dusted fingers
so coarse
it almost
hurts
but I smile
anyway
because
you do
and I drown in the
sparkle
swirling in your
eyes

kiss me
with
strawberry flavored lips
as the
saltwater breeze
sticks to our
skin
past the point of
annoying

but I
don’t care..
for
once

and it feels
great
to just
be..

with you
next to me

~

simply
breathing
